This site is the best i've ever seen. It has listings for every part of the Uk, including Scotland, Wales and Ireland! The webmaster, known as 'T' is also a great resource. |

This is the PROMA site. Run by Paul Wey. There is a link to a oage with frequencies for Newcastle which he found while up here for a visit in October...very usful if you live up here! |
